I’m still really surprised when people tell me they read my blog. It happens somewhat regularly in conversation. I’ll just be talking to someone and they’ll drop in the fact that they’ve been reading this site. It catches me off guard every time, and I stop and wonder how I should react. Generally I just say something like, “Awesome!” or “Cool, thanks!” But I never really talk with them about anything in particular, in fact I normally move on to some other subject. <\/p>\n
I’m still not comfortable with this medium. There are tons of things I’d like to talk about here, but can’t seem to find a way to do it. I would love to talk about job prospects, school prospects, personal life, random thoughts, etc., but these things are all so disconnected. How do I balance all of the thoughts that I want to get down with the fact that I’d prefer a somewhat normal theme to my writing?<\/p>\n
