I was given the task of designing a system that matched the old system&#8217;s familiar interactions, while made the tool more inviting for people to use. First I ran Usability Testing sessions on an early version of the tool and updated the development team with my recommended interaction design changes. Then I updated the visual design of the system and implemented it using CSS.
