I was the lead designer for a new Time and Expenses tracking tool at ThoughtWorks.

What did I do?

Time&Expenses is a tricky yet very important issue at a Consulting company. I was given the task of designing a system that matched the old system’s familiar interactions, while made the tool more inviting for people to use. First I ran Usability Testing sessions on an early version of the tool and updated the development team with my recommended interaction design changes. Then I updated the visual design of the system and implemented it using CSS. The tool is now in production and remains core to the business.
