I led the redesign of a back-end, web-based system to be used by employees of an International Money Transfer website.

What did I do?

For this engagement I led the Interaction Design process for this tool, starting with Contextual Inquiry activities and analysis, moving on to To-Be system ideation, and then on to Wireframes that could be passed on to a development team. The legacy system was also documented to aid current system users with the existing application.
