I carried out project inception and QuickStart activities in order to discover and elicit requirements for a system to be used by Insurance & Reinsurance Underwriters.

What did I do?

I worked closely with project stakeholders and end-users who were dispersed around the globe. I carried out Contextual Inquiry activities and analysis, authored User Personas based on the Contextual Analysis, and created to-be system Wireframes for a desktop application as well as a mobile Blackberry application. I also wrote a User Interface Style Guide for the tools, and participated on a team that documented the legacy system that was currently in place.
