As part of a team of more than 40, I helped lead the design of a tool to be used by a Physician as she assesses a patient.

What did I do?

We kicked off the project with a four week QuickStart in order to gather the project requirements, analyze user needs, and create a lo-fidelity storyboard of the application. Following this we carried out an Agile Development process that incrementally built a system to suit our users’ needs. Every two weeks, the team handed over a working, useful, and usable piece of software that could theoretically be used by a Physician. Working with an external Usability Testing consultant, I also helped to create a testing strategy this large-scale application.
