I created the User Experience and associated visual layout elements of an internal Innovation Newsletter that is regularly communicated throughout ThoughtWorks.

What did I do?

After being asked to create a tool to communicate the Innovations that were occurring regularly throughout the company, I created a newsletter based on the needs of everyday ThoughtWorkers. User personas helped to gain an understanding of this user group, who is constantly bogged down in a lot of work and too much e-mail, but who spend plenty of time on airplanes traveling to and from client sites. Based on these findings, I created a newsletter that contained video briefings, and was viewable offline. In addition to designing the tool, I also wrote an article for the first edition.
